EFD FIRE APPARATUS

The Elizabethton Fire Department maintains and operates a frontline fleet of 4 Fire Engines, 1 Aerial Ladder Truck, and 1 Brush Truck. We also maintain 1-reserve Fire Engine in a state of readiness. We also still have the very first motorized Fire Apparatus ever purchased by the City of Elizabethton, a 1923 Ford Model-T, which is on display at Station 1 and can be seen every year driving downtown in the Annual Christmas Parade.
Brush-1![]() Brush-1 is a 2008 Ford F550, equipped with a 250 GPM pump and a 250 gallon water tank. Brush-1 is driven by the on-duty Battalion Chief and responds out of Station #1. |
Engine-4![]() E-4 is a 2000 International-Pierce Responder with a 1,250 GPM pump and a 1,000 gallon water tank. E-4 responds out of Station #3. |
Engine-5 ![]() E-5 is a 1993 Pierce Dash with a 1,000 GPM pump and a 750 gallon water tank. E-5 responds out of Station #1. |
