2023 Franklin Pool Season 

The Franklin Pool will open Saturday, May 27th!!

We look forward to seeing you this summer at Franklin Pool!

Elizabethton’s Joe LaPorte Recreation Facility is a 3.9 acre facility that is home to Franklin Pool, an Olympic size swimming pool complete with two diving boards, a fenced in kiddie pool, acres of grass area for lounging and two covered pavilions inside a gated facility. Franklin Pool is located conveniently between Sycamore Shoals State Park and Sycamore Shoals Hospital and is accessible by Sycamore Shoals scenic walking trail and the Tweetsie Trail.
