FORFEITURES AND SEIZURES
If your property has been seized you will need to make an appointment with the arresting office to retrieve property, please call 423-542-4141 to have a message sent to the officer for a date and time to pick up items.
In most cases this is scheduled Monday – Friday 8 a.m. – 5 p.m.
If your property was seized please follow the instructions on the green form given to you at the time of seizure.
