Metal Product Manufacturing
Elizabethton and Carter County has one of the highest concentration of metal product manufacturers in Northeast Tennessee. Having manufacturers like Snap-On Tools Corporation, Modern Forge of Tennessee, NN Inc, NCI Building Systems, and Koyo Corporation of USA located within less than a 20 minute drive, a specialized workforce of over 2,900 employees in the area, and quick access to the Interstate system, makes Elizabethton the capital of metal product manufacturing in Northeast Tennessee.

Primary Metal Manufacturing
The Tri-Cities Region, of which Elizabethton is a part, has a growing local advantage for businesses in the primary metal manufacturing industry.
