Readers will note that the City responded to several compliance questions with "No" answers. The reason for this is that the report covers five (5) program years. A negative answer may indicate that the report item was not due in the latest reporting year. Please see the link for the City's Notice of Intent (NOI). The NOI contains the compliance target dates for the entire five year span of the City's presently approved stormwater quality program.
