Weekly Classes
Fitness Boot Camp meets each week on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 8-9am. Participants can join in at any time with convenient pro-rated rates. B A Lean Machine Boot Camp & Cycle classes are held Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 6PM and Saturdays at 8:30AM. These indoor cycling classes are great for weight loss, improved strength, and endurance. Twelve bikes are available for participants and you can schedule your classes at the link below. Piloxing Class meets every Thursday from 5-6 PM. This class blends Pilates, boxing and dance. For more information, please contact Christi Deloach at 423-213-8463.
Dancers Dreams Performing Arts Academy meets each week on Tuesday evenings and offers a wide variety of classes including: Tap, Ballet, Hip Hop, Cheerleading, Mommy & Me, Clog, Praise Worship and Dance, Lyrical Ballet, and Belly Dance. Morning Walking & Walk Across Tennessee Program is a great way to stay in shape! The gym opens at 8:00 a.m. each weekday until 12 noon for daily walking and is free of charge!
